Refund policy

1. Right of Return Under EU law, you have the right to return any item within 14 days of receiving your order, no questions asked. To initiate a return, contact us before the 14-day period expires.

2. Conditions for Return Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened cosmetic or skincare products unless they are faulty or not as described.

3. How to Return Email us with your order number and reason for return. We will provide return instructions. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.

4. Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 14 days. Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

5. Faulty or Incorrect Items If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
